1. NEVER touch PROD LOADLIB.

3. Rename; DO NOT delete.
4. When RESTORE, avoid using REPLACE UNCONDITIONALLY.
Non-technical:
0. Behave professionally in large enterprise, do things in small one.
1. Behave beyond expectation.
2. But you boss will never be satisfied.
3. Manager is someone who, always has comments on the easy issue, but will pass or let you to discover those he doesn’t know about.
4. What does you boss finally want? — like the girls, you will always guess.
5. PBC or any personal evaluation based on department’s target is purely nonsense — your performance has nothing to do with your department’s goal.
6. Even you achieve all the department target, doesn’t mean you are good enough — numbers are just numbers on paper, not profit.
7. No yearly increase of salary, no stay.
8. Find ally in your client.
9. Work late not == work hard.
10. Female managers are better, for men.
11. Don’t bring mood into your work, also don’t bring work into your mood.
