Yes, that’s the tricky part. I have access to several production environments which had TWS installed. Mainly focused on job scheduling and automation is also my interest(because they often cause some problems when they don’t work well). Reading some redbooks for help now. Thank you for reply and looking forward to more fantastic articles on this site. Thank you for making and maintaining this site!

Hi, sorry for the late reply.
Even if TWS is installed, does not mean you can call the panel, customization need to be done, perhaps a lot, not sure what function you are willing to use, automation or job scheduling? If you have a prod system with TWS, it is better to learn the setup of it on your PROD system first.
I don’t have a model, so I don’t know where to start to customize TWS on my own system.

I’m using ADCD 1.09, Downloaded it from VeryCD, Haven’t figured out whether it has TWS or not…If TWS is already included? How could I start it? The ISPF panel seems different from production environment..I found some of your articles mentioning that and I’m reading those articles and try to modify it..

TWS was included in my ADCD 1.11, I am not sure which pack are you using.

I am not a TWS or OPC user, so I don’t use it on my z/OS, and don’t exp customise it yet.

What do you mean by removing all the SF?

if you are following my way to customise, we don’t touch the original file, so you can easily revert; otherwise there is no way back to its original status if you don’t keep physical copy of them.
